JVFC Craft Fair Terms and Conditions
No Refunds / No Rain Dates
o There are a limited number of spaces and application does not guarantee a space. Spaces are rented on a
first come, first served basis. The JVFC Craft Fair reserves the right to limit the
number of participants in a particular category.
o The JVFC Craft Fair may deny a seller application based on the appropriateness of products
and / or duplication of participants. Participants kmay not sell any type of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons
or items deemed to be offensive. Additionally, drugs, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and/or weapons are
not permitted in market areas.
o If we are unable to accept your application, we will promptly issue a refund via PayPal.
o Set-up begins at the designated time. Please, no early birds. All setup must be completed 15 minutes prior to
show start time.
o Spot numbers will be assigned once the event is full. Once spots are assigned, you may not change your
location. No exceptions.
o Registration fees are non-refundable.
o Participants are responsible for the setup and clean-up of their space. Participants can not impair other
participants (i.e. sign or display placement). Vendors must stay inside the space assigned. We will make the
layout such that the space is as generous as possible.
o Participants may only access designated venue areas and are not permitted to use or remove any venue property
without express permission of JVFC Craft Fair.
o As a general rule, there is no electrical access. If access is available, it will be first come first served and may
carry an additional charge.
o Revenue: Participants keep all revenue made at their booths.
o Marketing: The JVFC Craft Fair is responsible for all marketing. We will, however, send you
promotional materials via email. It is expected that you share them. If you are on Facebook, share the links
to the event. Share the posts that we make. Share the flyers we send. It isn't until we share the information
with our friends that the marketing becomes active. If you share with 10 people and they share with 10
people, it will grow our audience exponentially! Please take advantage of this opportunity to bring
in more people at the fair so we can have a huge success for all of us!

o Liability, Insurance and Indemnification: Each participant accepts full responsibility for all liability for
damage to persons or property arising out of use and occupancy. Participant further understands and accepts
for damage or issues that may occur to the seller , it’s employees, agents or property by reason of
occupancy.
Participant agrees to hold harmless The JVFC Craft Fair, event sponsors, event venue, and all
agents and employees from any and all actions, suits, damages or claims arising from any injury, loss
or damage to the undersigned before, during or after the event and hereby agrees to the terms and
conditions held within. Your electronic signature on the application verifies you have read and agreed
to the terms and conditions.
